Miracle Tonic/Be Well
Ingredients
1 large horseradish root scrubbed very well, about 7 inches long
1 large ginger root about 7 inches long
1 large onion
16 cloves of garlic peeled
enough fresh turmeric for 7 inchs  or 1 table spoon ground
raw apple cider vinegar
raw honey
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
lemon - squeeze lemon when ready to consume

Instructions
Grate the horseradish and ginger roots. Chop the onions, garlic and turmeric . put in a mixing bowl. Divide evenly between two or 3  quart sized canning jars or what ever size jars you can find.  (dividing evenly between the jars). Pour the raw apple cider vinegar in over the contents, allowing it to settle in through the crevices and adding more so that the contents are submerged well. As you noticed - no set amount of apple cider because you will use enough to cover your ingredients (about 2 large bottles). Lay a piece of parchment paper over the rim of the jar, then screw the lid tightly in place and shake well. Let the mixture sit in a dark, cool place, allowing it to macerate and infuse for at least 14 days but 4 weeks is better.  shake once or twice daily and let it breath by loosening the top and tightening back.
After 4 weeks, it is ready for consumption . Strain well with a strainer or use cheesecloth.  Pour into sterilized wine bottle or the same canning jars. Store in a cool, dark place for up to a year, shaking well before using.   If you want to use some right away - just leave out enough for a cup or 2 and put it in the fridge.

You can adjust the ingredients to make as much or as little as you like.

Note - this is very potent - so start out with one forth to one half teaspoon when you first start to see if you can stand it and how well you can stomach it - then gradually add to it each day until you get to one ounce daily but for serious issues -2 to 3 ounces can be taken if you can get to that point.  It will maybe cramp the stomach for some, but to avoid that - just take it after eating a little something, squeeze lemon juice when drinking.

If you want to use right away - just keep about a cup full and store in the fridge - can also make smaller batches - just adjust according to how much you want to make.
